mmm... mmm... good

Sammi is a bulldog who just loves any kind of attention she can get. The instant I take out the camera, her little 'nub' starts to wag and excitment takes over. This little 'Cover Girl' always thinks it's about her: "Ooo Ooo Ooo... Take a picture of me, I'm right here, look at this face!" So I gave her a cookie hoping she'd stop trying to eat the camera everytime I tried to snap a picture of her... Well she wanted to show me just exactly how much she enjoyed the cookie and that she was coming back for more but she was still going to be in the 'Limelite' no matter what!

Adorable!

Sara, what an adorable shot! Talk about catching the moment.

The catchlights in her eyes from the flash hint at a mischievous character.

The dark background holds no distractions and the viewers attention is grabbed by that tongue. The focus on the tongue and the narrow depth of field work really well to ensure the viewer looks at the main area of attention.

The vein on the underside of her tongue leads the viewers eye to the nose and then her eyes, one by one, bringing our eyes back to that tongue again.

Well done! A great photo
